Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Liberra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Liberra is an AI-powered cloud infrastructure management platform. It allows users to connect their cloud provider accounts (currently AWS) and manage infrastructure through natural language conversation. The AI assistant can read, analyze, and execute actions on your cloud resources based on your instructions.

Liberra operates as an instruction layer. We generate, validate, and submit infrastructure plans to your cloud provider. AWS and other cloud providers execute those instructions using their own systems and infrastructure. AWS's own service terms and SLAs govern what happens at the execution level. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or behavior that occurs within your cloud provider's systems.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect your cloud provider account to Liberra:

• You authorize us to access your cloud resources on your behalf via the IAM role you configure in your AWS account.
• You are responsible for ensuring the IAM role has appropriate permissions for your intended use.
• You understand that actions executed by Liberra on your cloud account may incur costs from your cloud provider.
• We are not responsible for charges incurred on your cloud provider account as a result of actions you request or approve.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass safety guardrails or confirmation mechanisms
• Use our services to manage infrastructure you do not have authorization to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services
• Use our services to intentionally cause harm to any cloud infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

Liberra uses artificial intelligence to interpret your requests and execute cloud management actions. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. You should review actions before confirming them.
• Destructive or sensitive actions require your explicit confirmation before execution.
• While we implement safety guardrails, you are ultimately responsible for actions approved and executed on your cloud account.
• AI-generated analysis and recommendations may not always be accurate or complete.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Liberra platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Liberra AI. You retain ownership of your data, cloud resources, and any content you create using our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or cloud resources
• Cloud provider charges resulting from actions executed through our platform
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate AI recommendations or analysis

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms our services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and we will delete your stored data within 30 days.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberra AI, its officers, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
