Refund Policy

Liberra is offered by Liberra AI ("we", "us", "our") as a monthly subscription. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to do so.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. There are no partial-month credits for unused time.
7-Day Refund Window
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with Liberra, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. No questions asked. This applies to your first payment only.
Renewal Charges
Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be charged, cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Your billing date is shown in Settings → Billing.
Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or a charge you did not authorize), contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund if confirmed as an error.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@liberraai.com with:
- The email address on your Liberra account
- Your Lemon Squeezy order ID (found in your payment receipt)
- A brief description of the issue (optional for first-charge refunds)
We respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Liberra transactions. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and buyer protections also apply to your purchase.
